We’re officially a Forest School!
3rd Oct 2025
We are thrilled to announce that St Trea’s Primary School has been awarded official Forest School status!
Yesterday in Belfast, Mrs Tohill proudly accepted the award on behalf of our school — a recognition of our commitment to outdoor learning, environmental education, and nurturing a deep connection with nature.
Forest Schools is all about encouraging children to explore, discover, and learn in natural environments. It’s hands-on, holistic, and helps build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the outdoors.
And how fitting we celebrate this, the day that #StormAmy arrives. A gentle reminder that Nature always wins.
Here’s to muddy boots, curious minds, and learning under the open sky!
