    Primary 5 pupils from both St. Trea's PS and Woods PS visited Lafarge Cement Factory and Ballinderry Hatchery on Wednesday, 10th May.

    Primary 6 and 7 pupils attended Meadowbank's Annual Track & Field Event on Thursday, 11th May.
  • Walk to School Week
    We are encouraging our pupils to walk to school where possible from Monday, 15th May to Friday, 19th May. Please walk safely!
  • Speak out Stay safe
    A special assembly was held on Thursday, 11th May where volunteers from NSPCC spoke to the children about the new Speak out Stay safe programme.

    Congratulations to our Primary 4 children who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday, 6th May.
  • Football Tournament in Owenbeg
    Primary 6 and 7 pupils enjoyed taking part in a football tournament in Owenbeg on Wednesday, 26th April.
  • Primary 7 pupils visit Seamus Heaney HomePlace
    The Primary 7 pupils from both St. Trea's and Woods Primary Schools visited Seamus Heaney HomePlace and learned how to churn butter. They then had a go at churning their own.
  • Book Fair
    Thank you to everyone for all your purchases from the book fair. This helped our school raise £800 worth of books and teaching material.
  • Pupil Awards for April
    Congratulations to all the children who were awarded certificates for 'Pupil of the Month', 'Writer of the Month, 'Mathematician of the Month', 'Reader of the Month', LEXIA and Accelerated Reading. Keep up the good work!
  • Moyola & Toome Credit Union Easter Raffle
    Well done to Erin (P2) and Ronan (P7) who won the Easter Raffle for those saving with Moyola & Toome Credit Union.
  • Fund Raising 2017
    Every pupil was given a tube of Smarties and we would appreciate it if each family could please fill one tube with 20p's to help raise money to purchase additional ICT equipment.
