  • Digital Leaders
    Congratulations to all the children who were selected to be our Digital Leaders for the school year. They have an important role in supporting the use of technology and to further the development of ICT across the school.
  • Mugs for Mary's Meals Appeal
    Well done to the newly appointed members of our School Council who will act as representatives of their classmates in discussing school issues with Mrs Conroy and Mrs Higgins. Recently they received their class mugs on behalf of Mary's Meals Appeal.
  • Eco-Council grateful for Waterbutt
    Congratulations to our newly elected Eco-Council who have shown great commitment already in ensuring that we reduce, reuse and recycle. We are very grateful to NI Water for supplying our Eco-Council with our free waterbutt.
  • Anti-Bullying Megathon Extravaganza
    On Monday 15th November our P6 & P7 pupils participated in an Anti-Bullying Megathon Extravaganza alongside 5 other schools across Northern Ireland.
  • Water in the Classroom
    Please note that children should only drink water in class throughout the day. Water bottles are permitted in class and they can be re-filled by a member of staff.
  • Healthy Breaks Scheme
    Healthy eating is encouraged through a ‘Healthy Breaks Scheme’ and children are encouraged to eat only fruit, yoghurt, vegetables or bread-based products. Children can also drink milk or water at break-time.
  • Christmas Party Box Dinner
    Christmas Party Box Dinner: Wednesday 15th December 2021. Children can wear their Christmas Jumpers to school.
  • Parent Teacher Meetings
    Parent Teacher Meetings will be held on Thursday, 2nd December and Friday, 3rd December. All pupils will go home at 12:45pm in order to facilitate these meetings.
  • Daily Mile - Santa Run
    On Friday, 3rd December 2021, pupils will be completing a Daily Mile Santa Run. They can wear their Christmas Jumpers and/or festive headwear to school for the run.
  • Be Bright, Be Seen
    On Friday 26th November, we are holding a ‘Be Bright’ day to raise awareness for staying ‘safe and seen’ now that the afternoons and evenings are getting darker. The children should wear the brightest clothes they have.
  • Odd Socks Day
    Well done to our pupils who wore odd socks on Monday, 15th November - a great way to signify how unique we all are at the start of Anti-bullying week.
  • School Values - Honesty
    During this half-term we are focussing on the Value of Honesty and promoting it throughout all aspects of school life and beyond.
